Terms of Service
Services Provided
Keystone Turnover Solutions offers professional eviction cleanouts, property resets, and turnover packages designed to minimize vacancy time for landlords and property managers. All services are performed as outlined in specific project quotes and turnover package descriptions.
User Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing clear and accurate project details, ensuring safe and timely access to properties for our cleaning and maintenance crews, and communicating any specific site hazards or unique requirements prior to the commencement of work.
Payment Terms
50 percent of product purchase price is due at signing and the remainder is due no later than 15 days after job completion or a mandatory 10 percent late charge will be levied to the account that will increase to 25 percent after 30 days of invoice payment delinquency.
Scheduling and Cancellations
All service dates are scheduled based on current crew availability and confirmed upon receipt of the initial deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the start of work to avoid administrative fees or loss of project priority.
Limitations of Liability
Keystone Turnover Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from project delays or property conditions beyond our immediate control. Our total liability for any claim arising out of a service contract is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Residential Property Solutions operates.
