Services Provided
We specialize in professional eviction cleanouts and comprehensive unit resets. Our services cover everything from junk removal to multi-tiered turnover packages designed to get units ready for new occupancy.
User Responsibilities
Clients must provide full property access at scheduled times and ensure that all non-trash personal items are secured. Property managers are responsible for providing clear job specifications and site-specific safety protocols.
50 percent of product purchase price is due at signing and the remainder is due no later than 15 days after job completion or a mandatory 10 percent late charge will be levied to the account that will increase to 25 percent after 30 days of invoice payment delinquency.
Strict adherence to the payment schedule above is required. Late fees are applied automatically to ensure operational stability and the availability of resources for rapid-turnaround projects.
Scheduling and Cancellations
Service timelines depend on the chosen package and unit condition. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a mobilization charge to recover allocated administrative and labor costs.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for pre-existing structural flaws or environmental remediation needs discovered during cleanout tasks. Our liability is strictly limited to the service-specific fees paid for the authorized scope of work.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by local and state laws applicable at the site of service. Any disputes will be settled according to the standard legal protocols of said jurisdiction.
